Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our premium pool and billiards equipment.

How are pool tables shipped and delivered?

Due to their size and weight, all pool tables are shipped via specialized freight carriers. We offer curbside delivery as standard, but professional white-glove installation services can be added to your order at checkout.

What is the difference between a one-piece and a three-piece slate?

Three-piece slate is the industry standard for high-end tables as it allows for precise leveling and easier transport. One-piece slates are typically found in smaller bar-style tables and are less adjustable over time.

Can I return a custom-made pool cue?

Customized cues and personalized engravings are final sale. However, standard stock cues can be returned within 30 days of purchase provided they remain in unplayed, like-new condition with the original packaging.

Do you offer international shipping for accessories?

Yes, we ship cues, balls, and maintenance accessories worldwide. Please note that international shipping rates and import duties vary by country and will be calculated during the checkout process.

How do I know which cue weight is right for me?

Most professional players prefer cues weighing between 18 and 21 ounces. Beginners often find a 19-ounce cue to be the most balanced starting point for developing consistent stroke control.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. For large equipment purchases like tables, we also offer flexible financing options through our partnership with Affirm.
